After a free consultation, you will receive a written quotation for one or more options as agreed. Neither the free estimate nor the written quotation obliges you to book the installation of the air source heat pump.

It's important to us that you know what you're getting, so you can make the decision with peace of mind. That's why the quote includes estimated additional work, travel and other costs, and the price of the quote is final. We therefore guarantee that after installation there will be no further costs added to the price we quote.

The basic installation includes:

• Standard installation supplies
• Installation of indoor and outdoor units
• Insulated refrigerant pipes and their installation
• Condensation water pipe for indoor unit and its installation in the same enclosure as the refrigerant pipes
• Insulation and sealing of the feedthrough
• Electrical insulation between outdoor unit and indoor unit
• Electrical supply of the equipment from a grounded socket or safety switch as a surface supply
• Dampening and vacuuming of piping
• Testing of equipment
• Drawing up the installation record
• Instruction for use of the equipment
• Instruction for self-maintenance
• Cleaning up the installation site

Tasks to be agreed separately:

• Site preparation work, such as removal and protection of movable property
• Groundwork and scaffolding work on the scaffolding platform
• Drainage of condensation water from the outdoor unit away from the unit
• Electrical work beyond the basic installation

We agree with you in advance on the necessary measures and the installation schedule – only quality, no surprises.
